Teen People: Celebrity Style Guide, Time Inc.
As the former Beauty and Fitness Director of Teen People I was chosen to co-author this book (I was the LA writer/editor and the other woman was in NYC). We each created the line-up, wrote the book, selected all the celebrity shots as well as coordinating all the still life shoots. The book covered beauty, fashion and well-being.

Fabulous Hair, DK Publishing
This book was created as a hair how-to for teen girls and also to showcase the Claire’s Accessories products. I conceptualized over 30 hairstyles featured and communicated with the Art Director and Graphic Designer on the visual direction. Since this book had a heavy “service” angle, each spread had very specific how-to instructions and product shots, all of which I approved.

Style Patrol Trollz, Scholastic
This is a super cute stylebook for tweens.  The series of books were a spin-off from the cartoon series about 5 Trollz that originally aired on UPN. I created the lineup and wrote everything, keeping it very light and fun with lots of quizzes and tips for looking and feeling good.
